I am not doing this review justice in this short summary, because it really was so amazingly unreal. Don't think twice, just book and enjoy!

My wife and I do a lot of traveling and I must say the Thalassa Dive Resort does it right. The food is plentiful and fresh, the grounds are well kept, the bungalows and villas are comfortable, and there is world class wall and muck diving minutes away. However, the real gem at Thalassa are the genuinely friendly staff. The manager Arjen personally took the time to find out our interests and provided with top notch concierge service arranging all of our activities during our stay, along with joining us for some meals and taking us on a tour of Manado. The rest of the staff made us feel like part of their family with endless smiles and lots of conversation. One of the young ladies even joined us on a dive on her day off work. We can’t wait until our next visit.

Everyone that works there was helpful, cheery, and all around pleasant. They went above and beyond to help with boat and taxi arraignments, covid test scheduling, and even minor comforts. Particularly exceptional was a gentleman that worked in reception, whose named started with a Y, that helped us find a driver, a boat, and even did his best to organize an early breakfast for us before we departed.

Swiss-Belhotel Maleosan Manado Hotel se nachází v centru obchodní čtvrti Manado. Hotel nabízí panoramatický výhled na moře a okolní hory. The service was great, the food in the restaurant tasty, they have a gym and a large pool, nice view of the city and a reliable driver. In the evenings there's live music in the lobby, which was amazing!
