My stay at Vert Hotel Jerusalem was exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. The hotel is elegant, impeccably maintained, and offers a very high level of comfort. The room was spotless, quiet, and extremely well appointed. I would especially like to commend the manager, Hani Ashayer. His professionalism, warmth, and hands-on approach truly set this hotel apart. He is attentive, approachable, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have an outstanding experience. His leadership is clearly reflected in the excellence of the entire team. The staff was consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, and every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Everything was simply top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. A truly first-class experience.
