The staff was very friendly and attentive - anything we needed brought to our room arrived within 5 minutes and came with a smile. The facilities were excellent, and our 14 month-old LOVED the kids play room.

From the minute we got there the staff was fantastic especially Ofira and Lilach! Everyone was helpful and pleasant which added to our epic vacation! The food was delicious and plentiful. There was sooo much to do for all ages. The best part was the staff. The were amazing while helping with activities- archery, trapeze, mini golf, wind surfing, snorkeling, pool party with dances, the dress up and shows through the night. The kids had a blast with them while in the kids club! The shows were great.
