I have been staying at this property almost every time I visit Bangalore and the staff was always the excellent part of the stay. The consistency has been super.

The customer service was excellent! From efficient pre-arrival communications, a smooth check-in (all prior arrangements were ready), walked me out to the fitness centre outdoor at night, arranged bfast food packs as we would check out for our flight before the buffet started; just overall a considerate and thoughtful team at Trident. Eventhough we only stayed for one night, we were very happy especially since we had a poor experience at another nearby airport hotel week prior.
