It is wonderful and the pool area is stunning. The pool is exceptionally clean and it has bar service also. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and welcoming. Beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to all restaurants. This property is also accessible for people with disabilities and has rooms equipped with wheelchair access. The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

Amazing view and very comfortable balcony. Apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. They also provided a travel cot for our baby which was very useful. There was undergound parking which is accessible by lift which we found very convenient. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. A walking path right by the lake with direct access from the apartment block.

This was our third stay at Casa Olea Hotel — and once again, it was pure bliss. The hotel is a little oasis right by the lake, thoughtfully designed with a calm, minimalist aesthetic. Natural materials and clean lines make it the perfect place to unwind. This time, we stayed in a room with lake view, and waking up to that scenery from bed was simply amazing. We also love that the hotel is located away from the overly touristy parts of Lake Como. The atmosphere feels more relaxed, with great options for running, cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and some fantastic restaurants nearby.

Located 600 metres from Colico Beach, Residence Lake Como offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a bar and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Manager at the property was really helpful and friendly. Room and pool were really nice and was a great location to relax and explore for a few days.
