This place was an awesome stay, the fully equipped kitchen made it really convenient to cook breakfast and dinners. The breakfast boxes they give is also spectacular. What amazed me the most was how thorough the cleaning staff is, they would clean all of our dishes and make the apartment look amazing when we returned which always felt nice. The spa was also really relaxing after a day of snowboarding and the ski locker room was very convenient as well as it dried our boots daily. Lastly, the bus stop to and from santa cristina center is right in front of the hotel and comes pretty frequently in the morning and after the lifts close.

I recently stayed at Villa Clara near Canazei and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just a five-minute walk to the ski lift, and the ski bus stop is only a few minutes away. The neighborhood also offers plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and there’s ample parking for those traveling by car. One of the highlights was the incredible view from the balcony, which really added to the overall charm. I also found the space to be ideal for working remotely: it’s quiet, the table and chair were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay. However, the best part is the family that owns and runs Villa Clara. They truly care about their guests and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need—from ski gear advice to spot-on local restaurant recommendations. The warmth and hospitality they show make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. I can’t recommend Villa Clara enough. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip to the Dolomites!

The best was Daniela, the boss lady of the house. She was warm, efficient and super helpful with many useful tips about the area. She made our stay feel as if we were home. And her baked cakes are divine. We could see that she paid attention to every little detail which told us that she was passionate about her little family run business. She told me she works long 18 hour days and the results speak for itself. We would definitely return to stay at Garni Hotel Belalp if we revisit Santa Cristina, a most stunning place in the Dolomites. Danke Daniela and family!
