It’s fantastic to overlook it from the room and also from the restaurant. The traditional style of the room created a lovely experience. The Onsen on the balcony overlooking the bay is an experience not to be missed. This felt truly luxurious. The staff cannot be faulted. We speak English and very little Japanese and the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The food was beyond delicious. Prepared before our eyes and explained by the staff with care and detail. I cannot thank the staff more for their care and kindness.

Especially the Dormy Inn Premiums. The breakfast is amazing and they source delicious local food and produce. The milk and the orange juice are especially delicious and I find the orange juice pleasant with flavour that blooms in you mouth. Not only that, definitely stop by for the late night soba snack and ice pops after a bath! Dormy Inn is one of those places where I wish they'd have in North America. It's a pretty economical option with everything that you need. Not only that, there's a 7-11 right downstairs which meant that if you can't make up your mind for dinner or if you're tired of spending money, there's always a cheap option right on your doorstep. It's centrally located, and easy to find. I do think that Apple/Google maps takes you over the Skybridge which is annoying with luggage. Don't be baited and just keep walking the sidewalk on the side of the station until you see the building. Crossing there is a lot easier.

Didn’t know what to expect, since it was my first time staying at a Candeo Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bed, amenities and breakfast quality.

Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. An incredible place—I regret that we stayed here for only one night. I would happily come back for a week or two. This hotel is perfect for a family getaway. There are several hot springs, including private ones where the whole family can relax together. Plenty of cozy spots for rest and relaxation, as well as play areas for kids. Don’t make the same mistake we did—stay for more than just one night!

Very spacious rooms in close proximity to the local trams so getting to and from different popular tourist locations and shopping malls was extremely easy. Close to glover garden. Modernised traditional stay which was very comfortable overall.
