Everything was great, like really excellent and wonderful, except the hotel communication prior arrival, takes them ages to reply to emails or no reply at all. But everything was sorted upon arrival. Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.

Set in Niseko, Skye Niseko features ski-to-door access. Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu is just a 2-minute walk away. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. We are a family of 5 stayed in 3 bedroom suite. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. If I come back to Niseko again I will definitely stay here. The staff all speaks English. Our room view is amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were all amazing!!! We did the included breakfast and 6 course dinner. We stayed at 11 different hotels in Japan this trip and this one ranks the No. 1. When it’s time to check out, I do not want to leave.

El Ki Niseko, inaugurado en diciembre de 2014, está situado a menos de 100 metros de la telecabina de alta velocidad de la estación de esquí Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. All I can say is WOW. When I arrived, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Then they brought our luggages to the room while we were checking in. They also gave us welcome cookies, how nice! It wasn't just that - they were so helpful with all our little whims. For example, I brought bulky clothes because it's winter, so I had to vacuum seal all of them in a jumbo plastic bag. I called the front desk to ask for help, 1 minute later, they arrived with a vacuum and helped me seal it. Another special thing to note is their complimentary private onsen!!!! Waaah! It looked very nice. Unfortunately when I booked, I wasn't sick, but I caught colds, so I had to cancel. Their buffet breakfast is also great. A lot of their staff are on working holiday visas, so there's no language barrier here. They're all smiling faces everywhere. Made our stay so much easier and better. The room is SPECTACULAR. It's got a laundry and dryer in one. And if you have more stuff to wash, they have one at the end of the hallway too. Love it. I would come here again.

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. I loved the food, the set menu was superb, super high quality food— truly like japanese fine dining for every meal. The food was just great, i cannot emphasise this enough. I also loved how friendly the staff was, they were so polite and accomodating—really beyond customer service. The onsen was also the best Ive ever been to (as someone who visits Japan yearly in the winter). Great vibe overall, the mood of the lounge was nice and relaxing.

Situado en Kutchan, a 4.6 km de Hirafu Station, MUWA NISEKO cuenta con hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento privado, una terraza y un restaurante. Location is pretty unbeatable in Niseko area. Getting the private onsen experience was also fantastic with views of the slopes from the onsen, and mount Yotei from our rooms.

El Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve se encuentra en Niseko y cuenta con restaurante, centro de fitness y bar. Service was exceptional from arrival to departure. The shuttle transfer from Kutchan Station, check-in (kindly assisted by Ally from Malaysia), and the personalised tour of the hotel and room were all handled with great attention to detail. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. The ski-in/ski-out access is a major highlight, with on-site ski equipment rental, private lockers, and well-organised ski lessons, making the overall experience very seamless and convenient. Niseko-Yo Village is just a short walk away, offering a good selection of dining options and a pharmacy for daily essentials. The public onsen was serene and uncrowded. While the outdoor onsen has a somewhat limited view, the in-room private onsen more than made up for it with a beautiful Mt. Yotei view, which I truly enjoyed.

Everything was perfect. Location is great, breakfast is awesome. Rooms have a washing machine. Staff was very nice.
