Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

Ski and snowboard storage facilities are available. We are a family of 5 stayed in 3 bedroom suite. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. If I come back to Niseko again I will definitely stay here. The staff all speaks English. Our room view is amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were all amazing!!! We did the included breakfast and 6 course dinner. We stayed at 11 different hotels in Japan this trip and this one ranks the No. 1. When it’s time to check out, I do not want to leave.

The shuttle transfer from Kutchan Station, check-in (kindly assisted by Ally from Malaysia), and the personalised tour of the hotel and room were all handled with great attention to detail. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. The ski-in/ski-out access is a major highlight, with on-site ski equipment rental, private lockers, and well-organised ski lessons, making the overall experience very seamless and convenient. Niseko-Yo Village is just a short walk away, offering a good selection of dining options and a pharmacy for daily essentials. The public onsen was serene and uncrowded. While the outdoor onsen has a somewhat limited view, the in-room private onsen more than made up for it with a beautiful Mt. Yotei view, which I truly enjoyed.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, hot tub, and public bath, as well as a garden. Cannot fault !! This house was an absolute dream. We are already planning our next trip back

The Hotel Management is outstanding in terms of catering their services to us as their Guests. We feel very welcome and the customer service is top-notch, warm and personable. From the time we arrived at the airport to sending us off upon check out. We greatly appreciated the free Sansui Hotel service shuttle. Truly one of the most relaxing vacation we ever had since they arranged everything for us including booking for restaurants, spa and they'd also gladly assisted us to where we could possibly visit some other places for sightseeing/day tours around Niseko.
