Very helpful staff, they helped big time in navigating us through Tokio. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and impeccably kept with all the possible amenities you can imagine. Even pyjama's which was a first for me (and I travelled a lot). Also breakfast was great - it was a combination of breakfast to order, supplemented with a buffet. By international standards the buffet was modest good quality. Overall, I liked the "urban chique" but still cosy atmosphere the best, at price that I think was good value for money. Will definitely re-book when I am back in town.

Takanawa Hanakohro, a Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World is located in Tokyo, 2.3 km from Ebisu Garden Place. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Hanakohro offered a peaceful and comfortable retreat where time and expenses were never a concern. Everything was taken care of, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the experience, which included exploring the unique lounges, garden and buildings on the grounds. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding, making us feel at home.
