The reception staff were very welcoming and my room was nice. I requested my bed to be made up as a double and it was sorted promptly. My only complaint was that I only stayed one night.

The property is amazing, but why? 1. Location: It is one of the best location possible in Valletta. All attractions are in walkable distance. The neighbourhood is safe, lots of eateries around. 2. Staff: They are superb, never had an experience before where staffs(receptionists, servers, housekeeping) were so helpful, cheerful, accommodative and considerate. I would rate hotel 11 out of 10 just because of them. 3. Breakfast: It was a diverse menu, something for vegetarian, and meat lovers. Taste wise was also good. The breakfast is served at 7th floor, it has an amazing view of the historical city. 4. Room: The size was quite good enough, with a view of the city. A tiny balcony to have coffee for 2. The bathrooms was beautiful too. Overall the interior of the room and bathroom was great. Aesthetically pleasant.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful area of ​​Malta. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fitness room, sauna, indoor pool and outdoor pool are available. Two shopping centers are nearby as well as many bars and restaurants. It is very pleasant and everything is within walking distance. The bus stops (St.Julian and Ross) are only 5 minutes away and are usually not very busy (February 2024). The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The older gentleman (Savior) is always in a good mood and ready for a short conversation. He asks if everything is okay and if we need anything. My warmest recommendation for this hotel will definitely come back.

The Waterfront Hotel is set in central Malta, along the sea promenade of Sliema, and features views of Sliema's port, the Manoel Island and Valletta.

This hotel is really a gem. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious, coffee outstanding, the pools amazing. Location perfect for trips and Bolt is easy to use.
