One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Malta. The staff provided outstanding service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We had an amazing stay at Embassy Hotel Valletta as a family with our 1.5-year-old daughter. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We were given a quiet room away from street noise and the team even provided a baby bathtub, which made our stay much easier. The breakfast was excellent with great variety. A special thank you to Aleksandar (Guest Experience Manager) who did an outstanding job. He organized a beautiful birthday surprise for us, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, especially for families!

Where do I even start...Staff was one of the friendliest we ever encountered. We received a welcome bottle of champagne, even some fruit on another day, the rooms were made and checked twice per day, and immaculate. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view, and the restaurant there serves delicious food. If you stay during the hot weather as we did, we highly recommend a late night dip as the pool was open until 23 h. All facilities are free to use before/after check in/out, and again, staff is wonderful. The only thing we were disappointed about was breakfast as it was not on the same level as all other services...and then on the 2nd day we were asked to fill out the questionnaire on what we think about the breakfast and what would we change. I must say that we were highly impressed to see that they actually listened to those suggestions, and breakfast was from then on amazing as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Waterfront Hotel is set in central Malta, along the sea promenade of Sliema, and features views of Sliema's port, the Manoel Island and Valletta.
