Nestled in 40 acres of lush hibiscus gardens on a hill overlooking beautiful Acapulco Bay, this luxury hotel features spacious bungalow-style rooms with private or shared pools. The view is absolutely stunning. We were treated like royalty. Everyone SUPER friendly, available, taking care. The restaurant view is something we won’t forget. Insane. You want to catch a sunset at 7 there;) beach club with sea water and pool. Amazing. 10/10 we would come back. 100% recommend ! Bed super confident, clean. Just love it.

Wow an amazing stay. Very friendly staff, special thanks to reception staff Lizbeth and general manager Alejandro for making our first family trip with our newborn very special. The hotel is very well maintained with clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The baby crib provided was very nice. The hotel is family friendly yet organized and spacious so it doesn't feel noisy with children. The location on the beach is great and the sunset view from the balcony is beautiful.

This Zihuatanejo hotel is located on the Madera Beach with private beach access. Guests can swim in the private pool or the ocean, each suite provides ocean views. Wow ! This hotel is really something special! Absolutely everyone goes out of their way to give you the best experience! The rooms are massive, the bed is like sleeping in a cloud, the pillows too… the property is beautiful and so so well kept ! Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast and even when there is bad weather or a storm the Wi-Fi was perfect! There are turtles and parrots there too and the parrot actually waved goodbye to us on our last day !! The location is the best in zihaut , it was our first time in zihaut didn’t know really where is the best area to stay in but I can tell you now it’s right here ! Directly on the beach, 7 min walk into town where you can find really authentic and quality restaurants! There are lots of English channels on the tv, fresh bottled water every day, excellent aircon, amazing views The ladies that do the housekeeping, they don’t leave a stone unturned and the room was always pristine every day for us ! I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel and the staff that work there ! Thank ye all for working so hard to make our time there so perfect and enjoyable! We will definitely be back
