The only downside was the bar and very limited selection of drinks.

A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. In a prime location in Tulum, Menesse Apartments provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Perfect location and recent building. Close to downtown Tulum and yet super quiet, as the apartment’s balcony faces a small alley. A supermarket is just nearby. The Wi-Fi is fast, the bed and linens are comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. The residence is very quiet and safe, and the rooftop pool is perfect. Luis at the reception is fantastic, and the landlord is excellent at communication.

The location is not too far from airport and right on a very beautiful beach. The swim up room was large and very comfortable the swim up pool got the sun in the morning. The concierge and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and very helpful. There was excellent quality and variety of food in restaurants and room service. There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in. The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee 30 minute uber ride into Cancun Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night

Situated in Tulum, 6.6 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Hotel Milam features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I keep bringing different friends here when they come to visit me in Mexico. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the food is truly delicious. The service is excellent — attentive, thoughtful, and very warm. I especially love the temazcal and the morning yoga sessions; they add something really special to the overall experience.

Everything, attention to detail, dinner, facilities, cleanliness, drinks, staff, fact that I was able to have lunch after checkout, aesthetics, room, every single thing. They have ruined all other all inclusive chains for me now and I would go to Riu first if available.
