Room was amazing. Comfortable beds, light switchers in visible places. Room and all hotel are authentical so I liked it so much. Beach is amazing. Nice view, clean, not busy, a lot of sunloungers. Breakfast was very good. I liked omelette with ham and cheese or omelette with bacon and vegetables. Coffee, orange juice great. Bowl of fruits so tasty.

I think they fit more into the category of a very good inn than a hotel, but that wasn't a problem. The location is one of the strong points, right on the beachfront and very close to downtown Holbox. The beach in front of the hotel is clean, free of rocks and seaweed, so you can enjoy the sea right in front of the hotel. The room is large and comfortable, although a small investment in some amenities could improve the experience inside. We stayed in the apartment, but there are also bungalows. The hotel has two swimming pools: one for adults only, in front of the beach and with a bar, and one at the back of the property, which is for families. We didn't use the adult pool with the bar, only the children's pool. The only downside is that there are few chairs and loungers. And if you stay in a bungalow near the family pool, you'll hear children playing all day. Breakfast is a huge plus; you can choose from a variety of dishes, from Mexican favorites to more traditional options like eggs and fruit. The portions are generous, so if you're traveling with your family, you can mix and match and everyone can have a little bit of everything. Tahamara, the staff member, was very attentive.

Honestly, this place well worths a visit, it will but surprise you. We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.

Perfect location and recent building. Close to downtown Tulum and yet super quiet, as the apartment’s balcony faces a small alley. A supermarket is just nearby. The Wi-Fi is fast, the bed and linens are comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. The residence is very quiet and safe, and the rooftop pool is perfect. Luis at the reception is fantastic, and the landlord is excellent at communication.

The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

The architecture we perfection and the rooms had the most comfortable beds and space to relax. Truly the most stunning and tranquil hotel I have ever been to. Worth the stay. Eugenio was amazing at recommending local food and sites and what was truly worth the trouble. A great experience.

Casa Hayhu se află în Mahahual și are o grădină, o zonă de plajă privată, o terasă și un bar. The place is simple extraordinary, far from the mess of mahahaul, a very nice beach club with only two rooms . Excellent staff and very good food.

Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret se află în Playa del Carmen și include biciclete gratuite, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, și WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate. The room was beautifully designed, had all the necessities including a kitchenette and the hotel had hammocks and a pool. On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.
