Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. My stay at The RuMa Hotel & Residences was absolutely outstanding — everything was top-notch, from the service to the quality and attention to detail. The breakfast was a real highlight: incredibly diverse, delicious, and with a fantastic selection of fresh fruits. A lovely extra touch was the complimentary minibar, which was regularly restocked with drinks and juices — such a nice surprise! Housekeeping was flawless, and I really appreciated the small, thoughtful touches in the room like tasty candies and cookies for tea or coffee. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft that I had to force myself to get up in the morning! The pool area with its stylish terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the massage I had at the spa was simply excellent — deeply soothing and professionally done. The staff deserve special praise — attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming. Truly a five-star experience in every sense. I would return without hesitation!

Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. We loved the service, the staff were super helpful and nice to us during our stay. The beds were super comfortable and rooms were clean.

We had such a wonderful stay. The suite was Spotless spacious and it was such a bonus to have a washing machine during our trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything so easy to us. The location was perfect .
