Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. I'm so happy I booked a room here. It was super clean and very comfortable. Room finishings were gorgeous. Pool area was nice. Service was great. Location was also nice, I could easily walk to shops and restaurants.

The staff were all great, especially the staff at the main door, very friendly and would go above and beyond in remembering names and when giving directions to places they would walk you out and ensure you started off in the best way possible. The pool is beautiful.
