The hotel apartment, as well as the whole hotel, is spotlessly clean. The staff were so courteous and helpful and the breakfast meals were good. The apartment had everything we needed - fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, cooker, bathrobes and there were also 2 heated swimming pools - one indoors and one outside (which unfortunately was too cold to use in November). The whole hotel is very, very impressive and its only 10 minutes walk from Oriente metro, which is 4 stops from the airport. Will definitely return!

Great breakfast, you have menu options to choose from. Fresh fruit available. Amazing coffee. Polite staff. Clean. Also very close to lovely Tropical Gardens and Jeronimo Monastery. The gym is small but enough for a short trip option. Spa is clean (small sauna room and steam room).

First of all... the staff is amazing. Bruno ( the manager ) and his staff really makes you feel at home from the first moment you step in the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The gym inside the hotel is big enough and has everything that you could wish.
