All the staff were outstanding in helping with our trip to this marvelous location in such a serene area of Portugal. My only regret is we did not arrange to stay in the hotel longer. Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

Acest hotel este situat în Unhais da Serra, un sat ascuns în Parcul Natural Serra da Estrela. Acesta are o piscină mare amenajată și este specializat în tratamente de spa și wellness. Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

This is hidden Gem, Way better then expected. Sadly it is quite far from everything, but it does not matter as you have all the things you need!

The staff is very frindly and hosting, I felt like I was a guest that had been waited. Hotel administration truly values your stay and comfort and offers room upgrade when they have spare. It is also notable in every detail. Feela like all hotel, service and atmosphere is a guest oriented. The hoter exterior and interior design is decent and minimalistic, made with nature materials and colors, that helps you to relax from eye pollution. The restaurant service and food are great and delicious, I even tried currant (which I haven't been able to find for a long time). Moreover, the location is perfect: you live in a small village in 5star hotel observing picturesque viewes and having beautiful hiking trails nereby.
