Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

Other facilities like a lobby bar, wellness area with saunas, billiards, a table tennis and ski bus. Cannot say anything negative, the apartman was clean, comfortable, well-equiped. The food was great at the Hotel's Restaurant. I hope we can go back once!

The property offers also a bar, a playroom for kids and a wellness centre with a hot tub, sauna, pool and massages. Was even better, than I expected. The photos of the room do not show full picture. The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!

Free access for 1 hour to the wellness centre is available and guests can relax in a sauna, steam room or a hot tub. They can also admire a stunning view of the Velicky Valley from the spacious summer terrace. The drive up and the driver are amazing. The location is perfect.
