We picked this hotel because another lady had left a review saying how her stay was so amazing it ruined other holidays for her and I completely agree and am so glad we went! We were not happy when we arrived with our location of the room we had chosen to stay in a sea view which we did not have. The following day we were moved to a super upgraded ocean view room which is what we had thought we were getting to start with. It was dealt with quickly and professionally. The room had a beautiful view and very comfortable. Location is fantastic next to a lovely shopping area with great restaurants.
