The Breakfast was great real African tastes with some Boerewors on one of the mornings. Location was also great just 6km outside of Oudtshoorn which made day trips back to town easy.

The location, the property, the decor, the spa, the villa we stayed in….’Stella Villa’, the breakfasts were..…OMG unbelievable, and of course the owners, Randolph and Evelyn. They were just super and very down to earth - the perfect hosts!

There is a garden with a barbecue at this property and guests can go cycling nearby. Fantastic location. Stunning interior design. Exceptional service. We were too late in the season to see the whales but to watch huge pods of dolphins cross the bay from our balcony was a real treat.

Bike hire is available at the property and the area is popular for horse riding. You can engage in various activities such as game drives, bush picnics, cycling trails, hiking trails, clay pigeon shooting or just relaxing at the rim flow pool. This place is amazing! The management and staff were brilliant. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were sublime. The location is a little remote out in the country but we found it easy to find. There are quite a few animals roaming around the property which we loved seeing.

Located 700 metres from Robertson Mall in Robertson, The Robertson Small Hotel features a restaurant, bar and 2 pool areas. Free WiFi access and free private parking is available. The hotel has a wellness room and ample gardens. The ambience was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good as was the dinner. The selection of wines was very good. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable 3 nights.

Thunzi Bush Lodge has lush forest surroundings and garden areas ideal for a picnic. Guests can sunbathe poolside or on the sun loungers. Other activities include bird watching, forest & beach walks and spa treatments. The place was well kept and very nice views of the bush from the Charlet. We quite enjoyed the hiking trail which was a good distance to walk.

Rosenhof has an on-site pub and several luxury lounges with fireplaces where guests can relax and admire works from well-known South African artists. We all enjoyed everything about Rosenhof. The attention to detail and attentiveness to guests is amazing. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
