The staff was very nice and helpful. The bedroom was so much better than I expected it: the bed huge and comfortable, very clean and there was a lovely smell in the room. The motorway was right on my bedroom but I did not hear any noise in the night ( and that was indeed a surprise)

Our welcome to this warm and inviting Inn was wonderful. Staff are just lovely. Our dinner, and included breakfast, was delicious.The size of the poached eggs were huge, apparently “the Rolls Royce of eggs” and I’d believe it! The big, fluffy white bath towels were a bonus too😊We couldn’t fault our stay. Thank you Mark and co you’re doing a great job of looking after weary travellers.

The hotel is lovely but the staff are what makes it the best! Nothing was too much bother for them at all. From lugging our heavy suitcase up and down the stairs, to getting us a few bits of laundry done - and returned to us the same day!!! They also let us put our luggage behind the reception desk when we were checking out. They were so helpful and they all deserve a pay rise!!! 😘
