Check-in was smooth. The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. loved the room size. staff was also good.

The behaviour of the staff from the reception to the hotel boy santu was excellent. The room was quite good for 2 persons. Aquaguard was there and the hotel boy helps in giving water and also luggage. The room had an ac,fan,geyser,tv with tatasky and also YouTube. The receptionist during the daytime were top-notch. My bag was kept securely at the reception for 6-7 hours after checking out. Will recommend everyone.

The hotel was excellent. Room was big, equipped with air conditioner and fan. In a hotel, is also a restaurant, and waiter service, delivering food directly to the room. Restaurant offers a great variety of dishes. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Hotel has a beautiful lift (over 90 years old).

Nice location,2 min walking distance to main road and bus stand. Staff also good. The best thing was,it's delicious food. The best meal in our whole trip to Kolkata. Would like to visit once more for the food. Was willing to stay on our return trip in the same hotel,but its kind of far from the airport.

I long as I can recall, I have been going to Lytton Hotel since 2014 and uncles and other distended family members have been going there since 2004. The staff and hotel has become like second family. We have always been received top service, cleanliness, cooperation and hospitality. I would highly recommend anyone who thinks of staying at such a wonderful place.

My request for early check in was denied and early check in was charged with Rs 500.00 . First they said that the breakfast will be provided free of charge if you pay money for early check in. When I checked out I was charged for the breakfast also . Totally cheating staff

location good, but no signboard to find it.. Strange!! Quite difficult to locate, Agoda should pre-inspect before entering/showing this type of property.
