Very throughly cleaned between guests. Great value if you book last minute (around $50 per night). Super clean and very comfortable. 7eleven is literally in the lobby.

I always choose Hotel En when I'm in Fujisawa. It's a small hotel, but I can expect very good service and a comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose Hotel En again next time I'm in Fujisawa.

This hotel room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed with our son and had three beds with the mattresses on the floor, but they were not futons. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room and the table by the window was nice. The breakfast was great. Every morning we each received apple juice, soup mix to make a corn soup, a hard boiled egg and 4 pastries: a croissant, a small pan chocolat, a small pastry with ham and I think mayo, and a small pastry with some type of sausage. We had a refrigerator in the room (no microwave, but as breakfast was provided we weren't trying to heat up anything from a combini for breakfast anyway). It wasn't too far from the railway station, and there were restaurants for dinner close by. It was also a convenient spot to walk to Enoshima Island from. I liked that we were able to get the front garden hose key from the front desk to rinse our feet after going to the beach, and I also liked that they had flip flops available for the beach. If I would have known we'd get slippers at many hotels and that they had flip flops for the beach I could have left my flip flops at home and saved a bit of luggage space. We liked that we could pay extra to check out late on our last day so we could do a morning swim without rushing. The bamboo slippers they provided in this room were my husband's favorite.

The hotel is not that old, but the rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable. It's only a two-minute walk from the Shonandai Station exit. I could get discounts at nearby restaurants with my room key card. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to stay in the Shonandai area.
