We got an upgrade to family suite. The room was absolutely fantastic and spacious. We will definitely come to stay again when we stop by in Shanghai. Mr Sun and Mr Feng also were helpful in attending to our needs, helped us get a transports (even stopping taxi in the middle of the road). Overall the staffs were superb. Thumbs up to them.

This was the best place I stayed in China in terms of cost-benefit. The room was modern, probably recently remodeled. It was very comfortable and clean, including a good smell (not at all smelling like cigarettes as many hotels in China). The size was very much adequate for my needs. All the appliances worked well and were enough to make my stay smooth. Lisa, the host, was absolutely great! Very welcoming and willing to help when needed. She was of particularly great help to get a package I had bought and could not find. She was also very attentive to my needs concerning room cleaning. All this while allowing me to do my things and not constantly messaging. Definitely would stay there again, as the cost-benefit is great for my standards.
