Ana the host and the place was by far the best place in near Split and the city is so charming and welcoming of a community. Everything is in top! She is quick to answer the phone, everything is clean, wifi fast! And the air-conditioning is exactly what you need. You will be surely glad to picked this place and I don't normally recommend.

This apartment is well located and with all necessary items for a nice stay. The terrace is nice. Bed really confortable and as we travel with baby they get us a baby bed and a hi baby chair. As well is good that it has a parking spot available. The attention from Frane is amazing. This is not our first time in those apartments and we won't hesitate to stay there next time we are in Split.

I recommend it with all confidence.

This apartment is in a great location. Only a 2 minute walk to the beachfront. There you have cafe, restaurants, supermarkets & souvenir shops. Our room had it all for a comfortable stay. A kitchenette, bathroom, comfortable bed, balcony with chairs & table and clothes line with pegs. It was only a 5 minute walk to the city centre and a 10 minute walk to the laundromat. Bakeries and cafes nearby. The host Mija is a lovely, informative lady.

VILLA ŠIMOVIĆ APARTMENTS se găsește în Baška Voda, la aproximativ 3 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Podluka și la 28 km de Blue Lake. The host was amazing, eager to help with anything that we needed. The rooms were ready even before the scheduled time so we were able to leave our belongings. The property is close to the beach and the rooms are exactly as pictured in the booking. The host definitely helped make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The apartment was brilliant, we thought not having a living room would be a problem as it was 2.couples, but the area we had was fine, as we was exploring most of the time. The location perfect 👌
