The balcony was exactly what we needed to enjoy cards and a drink in the evenings.

We loved this place!! The guesthouse is an old building nicely renovated. We loved the vibes. The location is fantastic, right in the old historic part of Hangzhou, plenty of shops, coffee shops, restaurants close by (Hangzhou is such a cool city!) The staff was super nice and spoke good English. They gave us lots of recommendations.

The staff were incredible, very helpful and always happy and welcoming. It was super clean and cozy. I've not stayed in better hostel before! I felt very welcomed and i was happy to stay in common areas, people were having fun but respectful of others and also there is a quite area where i could work so it's just all you can ask for.

The room and the entire place were comfortable, and Qing went out of her way to help. Santa Yunshe was a great location, a short walk from West Lake and other interesting and beautiful areas.
