The lobby is very spacious, tidy with nice sofa seat and the air is fresh too. I also took some beautiful Christmas tree photograph at the lobby. The management and staffs always give the best service, have the cutest smile and I'm happy to be part of Hotel Alpha, BM

We stayed in the family room in the new wing, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for my family to relax and enjoy our stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was clear the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards. What stood out most was the hotel’s effort to preserve the historical charm of the building. The vintage switches and thoughtful design details like how they route the cabling and water features in the hotel truly brought the history of the place to life, creating a perfect blend of nostalgia and modern comfort.

Check in was smooth, staff was very nice. It is a big hotel, they turned the ground floor to a hostel. There is a water dispenser, relaxing area and 10 bed dormitory. Bed was clean and comfortable. There is no curtain on the bed , but that was not an issue as I was the only person staying there (later another person joined). The location is very good. Plenty of places to eat. The sea is only 3-4 minutes walk. Floating masjid, spice museum can be accessed by bus. I didn't have time, otherwise I would stay longer.
