We had the most relaxing long weekend at this property! To start with, the view of the lake from the open plan kitchen/living area was stunning! It was lovely to sit on the large deck that overlooks the lake, while having a cup of coffee in the morning, and a glass of wine in the evening. There's a huge grassy area between the lake and the house where our kids played soccer and cricket. We brought our own kayak, but it was a huge bonus that the owners had three of their own that we were allowed to use (with life vests), so all of us were able to go out on the lake at the same time. The launch area was right there too - no need to drag the kayaks too far. Additionally, I really appreciated the little things that were provided, which meant we didn't have to go out and buy them. These included items such as coffee pods, tea, milk, bottles of cold water in the fridge, pantry staples (salt, pepper, oils, some spices, etc.), plastic wrap, foil, ziplock bags, paper towel, boxes of tissues, bug spray, etc. There were also a variety of board games, too. Finally, the location was great. It was a 2 minute drive to Coles and only 10 - 20 minutes to beaches and The Entrance.

This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom duplex with plenty of off-street parking and easy access to front door. The home was very clean on our arrival and had everything we required for a 3 night stay.
