Front desk and other staff were friendly & responsive. Went early for breakfast - not busy & great options. Short walk to village amenities (shops, banks, restaurants), parks, beach, trails, boat launch and boat tours. Travelling without kids I've learned to book a business room so it's a little quieter - it was perfect. Best hotel we've stayed at in Gananoque - we'll definitely be back.
