Fantastic location. Lovely large terrace with a barbecue, all overlooking a beautiful valley with hills in the distance. Large rooms in the house with open plan for the kitchen/diner/living room. Quality furnishings and very comfortable. Beds and bedding of high quality. Overall a great experience.

We loved the silence of the countryside, the sound of the birds and crickets. The lovely, covered terrace with view of the garden and meadows. The central location of the Gîte: a lot to visit within 15 to 45 minutes by car. The Gîte itself with all its comfort. And last but not least the wonderful owners who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

Gite has everything you need for a self catering group holiday , Thersea host is super lady … my french is poor same with her English , she did bring her friend to help out . kitchen is great over , for large family microwave , dishwasher loads of cupboards American fridge freezer massive for everyone beers . kitchen has oil spices sale , pepper etc well equipped … garden is vast , area super safe for vehicle to be parked . House all mod cons 3 double bedrooms . Wonderful patio area for eating outside next to outside pool which is super clean … great touch . House is super clean . thank you … Booked at very short notice everything was ready . even had baby travel cot & highchair ready for our grandson … house has shutters & great sunshade that extends out for little babas to keep out of the sun . Rural property , very good for peace no one around … about 2 k down the road is a proper supermarket with everything you need for self catering … thank god … next one is about 16k away so no panic you can get everything in village … walked into village great little bar there opposite the square new chap runs that , opens about 6pm - 11pm in summer , owner great understanding of English so bonus … beer & food good too . Also there is a little pizza place also very good same opening times evenings , but both worth the walk there & back , safe walking back not dark til about 10pm in summer . Everything we needed was in the property, it was quiet and comfortable and warm, close to the areas we wanted to visit. The indoor pool was lovely, with very friendly staff. The children loved the freedom of playing on the site too.

This is a lovely, spacious house, outside a small village (Plazac) where there is a well stocked bio-shop/general store. We were warm and comfortable. Standards are high.
