The staff at Veluvana were wonderful! Everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful. They were there to greet us right away and showed us to our treehouse. The food they offered was amazing! I can’t rave enough about the food! It was all so fresh and made to order. I’m lactose intolerant and they made sure to keep that in mind with every meal. It was in a quiet area of town so it was so peaceful and relaxing. Only downside was the bed was a little hard for us but that’s just personal preference.

We were fortunate enough to stay in the best room available. It had the most stunning views of the mountains and rice paddy fields. The suite was exceptionally private and very spacious with a huge canopy bed. The bathroom was deluxe and had the same amazing views as the bedroom.

Once in a lifetime stay - you must go. Absolutely incredible. Staff can't do enough. Room service dinner, cheap mini bar amazing breakfast. Absolutely incredible. Fantastic place to stay. Felt safe as a woman on her own too.

Nice bamboo house in notoriously known good-looking location. The view on Agung threw jungle is amazing. It's clean, comfy, nice and with beautiful view. There is a fire set up for you as well for a romantic night. The staff was nice. The food is good. What else do you need 😄

The cottage is in a truly enchanting location, and it is as open as it can be, while also protecting you from the elements and prying eyes. You can see the sunrise over the ricefields from your bed, you have every comfort of a modern accomodation with the feeling of being a part of nature. Gede and his wife are also really nice and will help you with anything, from activity recommendations and organization to food and drinks. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We had an amazing 2 days. Wish we’d stayed longer. The views are phenomenal and the whole villa site is so pretty. There’s 24 hour security outside the villa (not that you feel it’s needed but it’s lovely to have) Adi was fantastic and my husband said he cooked the best Indonesian rice for breakfast as it had so much veg in. He was also really helpful. He organised a driver to take us in to Sideman for dinner who was also lovely. It was 150k return which I know someone was moaning about but in comparison to England that would get us a mile down the road. So we were more than happy to pay. The villa had everything we needed and we hope to stay again next year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything… it’s an exceptional property with high quality interior and great staff. we highly recommend this property if you want to be close to the nature. smooth check-in, personal care of our food habit as we are vegan we wanted to cook our food they allowed us with very great smile and tried to help us everyway. the view of rice terraces is just phenomenal and the interior of hotel is just too notch. their linen is super clean and bathroom was having high end fixtures, they don’t have bidet so yes it’s small problem for few people like us. but all other way staff was very helpful and we highly recommend this property for their personal gestures . they have written personalised letter for us and also provided us lovely souvenirs in our welcome. must go place. 3 nights will be very less to live here.
