Relaxing, Home like, calm, beachside house which is a perfect holiday home for someone who likes a private beach like atmosphere. Beach is right across the road. The house is squeaky clean. 2 Bathrooms(attached to each of the 2 bedrooms) is well maintained. Dining room. Kitchen is superb with all the needed utensils and fridge and waste basket for waste disposal. Airconditioned cozy bedrooms. Filtered waster purifier. Enclosed mosquito free terrace with a big hall which can accommodate almost 20 people. A perfect house for family, friends and small events. It also has a shower behind the house just in case you had a great time in the beach and dont want to spoil the clean house. Food home delivery is also available.

Fantastic spot to stay in Kochi! Nestled in a tranquil and serene neighborhood, it's the perfect retreat after a long day of travel (just 25 minutes from the airport). The interior is charming, the WiFi is top-notch, and everything feels clean and comfortable well up to western standards. What sets this place apart is its location slightly off the beaten path from popular spots like Fort Kochi or Chenai Beach, offering a respite from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. A leisurely Uber ride of about an hour takes you to Fort Kochi, allowing you to soak in the city's lush green scenery. And returning to our cozy yellow postbox, was always a comforting thought in the evenings. Chennai beach is a mere 20-minute Uber trip away, and we can't recommend a visit highly enough! We went to chill out café and also recommend checking out that place as well. Overall, it's an excellent location. The locals are friendly, and the hosts are exceptional—they're a warm, helpful family who truly make you feel right at home! Best wishes from Germany
