Our flight was arriving quite late and host helped us with taxi from airport to villa. Also helped us with getting food what we asked to have a good dinner! Host had bought for us excellent fresh food, took for us great and delicious watermelon from plant while we were staying, left for our arriving a little gift - wonderful bottle of wine. What I want to say - host is very caring, offering the best variations, food - everything! They are giving their best! Villa is absolutely fabulous! We felt ourselves like home! Villa location is also great - everything what we needed was near - markets, bus stop, beaches, sights. We had a wonderful vacation at the Casa de Nicole! Panayiotis and Anatolia are absolutely great host! It was such a pity to leave. If we will come back to Cyprus, our choice is absolutely obvious- Casa de Nicole!

I honestly liked everything about the accommodation. The check-in was easy, the location very close to the beach/center. It was very clean, well equiped and spacious. I was travelling with my 3 kids, aged 19, 15 and 2 and the place suited everybody's needs. The area felt safe even at dark. It was quiet in the night and we could rest well. It is just a 15 min. drive from the airport by cab. The host is a very nice, warm and understandig person, who responds promptly and is always very helpful. We would gladly come back and recommend it strongly.

These were 4 villas side by side in the best location in Ayia Napa, very close to the sea, clean and well-equipped. For those who want to stay with family or friends, this is one of the best. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at this villa (No. 39) resort and we were blown away by every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, even way before that, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The service was impeccable – quick, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Every request was met efficiently, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the stunning Konnos Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. It’s the perfect balance between serene seclusion and easy access to nearby attractions. The villa design and layout were simply breathtaking – stylish, modern, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. You could tell that every detail, from the architecture to the interior decor, was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The scenery was equally mesmerizing. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sparkling coastline, the views from the villa were like something out of a dream. We were also thoroughly impressed by the amenities – a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor lounge areas, and everything you’d need for a comfortable and indulgent stay. We even had our own lift in the house! How fun! The food was another highlight. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I recommend the shrimp sanagaki at Tetra restaurant, but absolutely every dish was top notch. To top it all off, the prices were more than reasonable considering the premium experience we received. The value for money here is exceptional, especially given the high quality of service and facilities. Thank you the Front Desk support, Eva and Victoria ❤️ You made it smooth and perfect!

Very beautiful and spacious villa with pool. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and only a short drive away from Paphos and Coral bay. You have a few spots to chill in the evening, a pool side, 2 balconies or a rooftop terrace with a bbq where you can enjoy sea views and sunset. Each of the three rooms has a private bathroom and an A/C. Kitchen offers everything you need and there were also some welcome food supplies waiting for us.
