Very good and spacious apartment to discover Mallorca. Located actually almost in the old town of beautiful Alcudia town. Very cosy and warm during my winter stay (which is not common in Spain). Owner is very helpful and answered immediately to all my questions. Apartment's kitchen is very well equipped, 2 coffee machines (big one and small one for tablets), 2 toasters and much more :) Very nice view from the top terrace (mountains and a bit of sea) I strongly recommend this place!

Very good quite location, but only a few minutes by foot to the center and main attractions. Definitely no car needed.

Mar was amazing she waited till 2:30 AM after our 7 hr flight delay due to storm to hand us the keys . House is awesome and the garden is amazing. House is clean spacious feels like home and clean with everything a family needs . Neighborhood was awesome loved the food and gelato on the street on front of the house !

Access to local beauty spots, incredible beaches and some lovely restaurants have all been within a short 10 min drive. We have truly enjoyed our stay here at Ca’n Vilàs and in this lovely part of Majorca. Ca’n Vilas is a very special place and has captured our hearts ❤️. Nur 40 km von Hafen von Palma entfernt gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft Can Roca in Costitx Zugang zu einem Außenpool, Grillmöglichkeiten sowie einen Zimmerservice. The location was ideal for our purposes. I specifically selected Costitx as a central location to explore the entire island and we did just that! Access to major roads/highways was easy. Access to shopping (groceries) was a breeze. The narrow streets in the immediate area of Can Roca can be a challenge with a large rental car, but we managed and driving around there was quite fun! The finca is exceptional. It was very clean and comfortable, although the outdoor furniture cushions could be a bit larger/thicker for more comfort. We spent most of our time while at Can Roca, on the terrace (or in the pool). Dining outside for breakfast, lunch or dinner was simply amazing - the views are glorious. Sitting on the terrace in the evening listening to Spanish Guitar music (which is what we did every night until the wee hours) was simply breathtaking. Having our own roosters for an alarm clock (and yes, they cock-a-doodle-doo'd every single morning like clockwork, at around 5AM) was fantastic. It was like a symphony of noises in the early morning - roosters, geese, sheep (with bells around their necks) and the neighbouring fincas with their own animals... it was so much fun and we welcomed the sounds every morning. The grounds are immaculately maintained and given the location (out in the middle of nowhere), it's simply amazing. It's better kept than my own house in Canada! A small orchard of lemon and lime trees (which we used!) and a few glorious gardens with beautiful flowers, cacti and other interesting plants. We even used the outdoor oven (BBQ) for a wonderful dinner one night! The infinity pool... is amazing. Simply gazing out across the fields to the mountains while floating in the warm water makes me wish that we booked another 2 weeks at Can Roca! The pool was always exceptionally clean - the water was always crystal clear and invitingly warm. Sure, we had to scoop out the odd beetle each morning, but that's OK!
