She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. Loved the decor and the log burner really works well at heating the whole place up. The Castle Inn is just a few hundred yards away and has a great atmosphere and lovely food. They also do a great breakfast. The enclosed garden is great if you have a dog.
