The host stravos was fantastic and very helpful the space is beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and in the evening.

Located on the beachfront, this property has a garden. The property offers allergy-free units and is set 47 km from Nikos Kazantzakis Museum. Fantastic view, very quiet, the room was spatious, clean with all necessary equipment, the terrace was amazing and the hottub very nice to relax. the distance from the beach was 5 min. The village is super nice, not very touristic, with very nice taverns and cafes. We had very good contact with the person that was responsible for the rooms, and he immediately responded to all our questions before and during the stay.

A selection of options including local specialities, fresh pastries and fruits is served for the buffet breakfast. The family-friendly restaurant at the villa serves Greek cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. Upon arrival, Sophia treated us to some homemade lemonade, then George helped grab our bags and showed us to our beautiful villa; Large and comfortable with a great deck overlooking the countryside. Toiletries & slippers in bathroom were appreciated. We elected to have dinner made for us the first night and it was delicious and plentiful! Then shared some raki with our hosts. Breakfast the next morning was excellent….enough that we didn’t need lunch any of the days during our stay. Read for a couple of hours poolside each day- quiet & relaxing. George and Sophia are warm, generous, hardworking and fun to converse with. They did everything possible to show us and tell us about the area and culture. We started out as guests but due to our interaction over the few days, we left as friends. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your villas and treating us as special guests. Your friendship was a highlight of our trip!

Apartment is on the beach, walking distance from Rethymno old town. Great restaurants near the apartment. Small store with everything essential next door. Host was very welcoming and gave us good tips for local restaraunts and what to do. We liked that the apartment was not on the busiest turism area (street).

There are waterslides at a hotel that is literally next door which allows all visitors to come and use the slides as well as eat all meals for a 30€ fee. Our hospitality was amazing with great options given to us to see and eat. Highly recommend for a family.

The villa and our hosts were fantastic. If we could give a rating of more than 10 out of 10 we would. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family. The Katakis family were very gracious and generous hosts and organised car hire for us as well as allowed an early check in. The welcome treats were an added bonus. I couldn't recommend this villa more highly

Melanie and her Husband were really nice and the place looked great! The garden was cute and we had a lot of space there. The outdoor shower was very romantic. We also saw shooting stars one night lying on the outdoor couch. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely visit again if we come back to crete.
