Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. There's a little bridge that connects the villa to the main road, so you're protected from street noise. The private beach is beautiful, though there's no direct exit to it from the villa. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable experience, we’d happily come back!

This is really an amazing place. The villas are very spacious, SUPER clean to every detail. Very comfy bed, huge bathroom w a lovely stone bathtub, storm water pressure and everything provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes etc. Slippers, bathrobe for bathroom and kimono for relaxing provided. Free very nice bicycles, they collect you from the port and bring you back to the port. Full checks of ph, chlorine levels etc in the pool. Well stocked kitchen w everything you can imagine including fully stocked drinks fridge, snack basket etc. The villas a fully maintained, modern design, ceiling fans exterior and interior, A/C, I could go on. It’s an amazing place from start to finish. But above the place being fantastic the staff is the most amazing and helpful even at 2am when we had a little medical emergency. The staff went beyond what was expected to be helpful. We had a special birthday while staying there and the staff decorated to whole room to perfection w fresh flowers. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I like everything about the nights i spent there, the staff couldn't be more nicer and welcoming, everything was so clean on the property and especially the private pool, the water on the pool was cristal clear. the breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared at the exact time that you tell them in the night before. They even help you if you have issues in transportation. Definitely worth every penny and will be my first choice if I go again to Gili Air. Thank you guys, Assalamualaikum 👋

The staff and managers were incredibly kind, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The manager's recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on, making our experience even better. Literally everything , it was stunning , the cleanliness, the perfect design , even the clever use of ornaments that complimented the place , it’s the best place we have ever stayed , great location too and the staff were the best (thanks again Harry )

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, full-day security and free WiFi. We had an extremely good welcoming from Intan in Villa Palma! She helped us with everything we needed and her team was really kind and efficient. The quiet location in the middle of the island provide an unique experience to disconnect. We advice to rent bikes at the reception to go around the island and discover the different and amazing snorkeling spots.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, full-day security and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Brooke was fantastic, and so helpful. She had the best restaurant recommendations (Zipp bar for seafood and live music. Mamas for Italian). She also knew where the parties were on the island, although there are not a lot. Lol. Delicious and hearty breakfast with 4 options and generous fruit portions. Everything was walkable but there are bike rentals on site. They also offer laundry for 15k rp per kilo.TV has Netflix, etc. Great air conditioning and wifi. Unlimited cold water refills. Brooke arranged my snorkeling tour for 100k per person. Location is fantastic, 7 minute walk from harbor. Tip: best beaches in Gili Air are 5 minute to the left or right of the harbor by walking. These are the bluest waters. Stick to these locations but you can also just walk the whole circumference of the island. This villa provides beach towels! Thanks for letting me checkin early to drop off my stuff! I liked my stay so much that we extended it for one more night.
