In fact there is everything to be liked. We were warmly welcomed by the host of the marvellous bungalow Joseph Rodrigues. The bungalow had all the necessary arrangements. Perfectly clean and also a beautiful surrounding. It was a pleasure to the eyes of the beholder. The caretaker Rohit was very quick and efficient. Very humble & was helpful in every way. Ideally located, very good surroundings, place of serenity, close proximity to the zalor beach ⛱️ & restaurants. It was a great pleasure to stay at the Villa & we were delighted by the hospitality. I would sincerely recommend people to visit the awesome hospitality of the very humble host Joseph Rodrigues.

The decor is very classy and artistic. Loved the covered terrace cum games room (it had pool and snooker). Pool is super large and squeaky clean. Loved the floating snacks basket experience.

All units include private entrance. At the villa complex, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Comfortable, serene, beautifully situated, respectfully blended in with the fishing village. Extremely good value for money and a great find in a Goa more and more overwhelmed by cheap mass tourism. Staff were great.

The recently renovated villa comes with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, a fridge and a stovetop. Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. I liked everything in this property and felt like living in my own house even cleaner and comfortable than my own house. My friends were also surprisingly happy to see the cleaning and amenities. This is a two story duplex style house with two bedrooms, one living/family room, three full baths and a very spacious kitchen well equipped with almost everything needed. There’s a large community pool for swimming fun. It’s very close about 200 mtrs to the Benaulim Beach in south Goa and about 6kms to Madgaon Railway Station. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at this property. My friends and I would definitely like to stay here again. Special thanks to the manager Belinda and the owner Arlene for making our stay in Goa so memorable by sharing this immaculate property with us for very reasonable charges.

The house help were also very helpful. There was nothing to not like about the property. I had an amazing experience, I wish I could stay there longer, as this is the perfect property to take some time off for leisure.
