The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances and that too in clean and working condition. I did not have a single complaint in all of 6 days that we stayed. There is construction happening right behind the home, so there is some noise, but that is not a big issue.

Located in Utorda, 1.7 km from Arossim Beach and 2.7 km from Majorda Beach, Cottage California, 2Km Drive2 Beach, Arossim, Goa, offers a garden and air conditioning. Owner was very helpful. They helped with the keys on time and did not interfere much after that. It is located in an off beat locality, which is serene but easy to locate. Plenty of parking space for two cars. Lawn is very beautiful. The apartment has all of the accessories including utensils, microwaves, washing machine and two refrigerators. Very much could have stayed here long term. WiFi was also working all over the apartment. Perfect stay. Will visit again.

The house help were also very helpful. There was nothing to not like about the property. I had an amazing experience, I wish I could stay there longer, as this is the perfect property to take some time off for leisure.

Stefleena's Nest is a recently renovated villa in Loutolim, where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool and garden. Great property and arrangements. Very beautiful location, well thought out and maintained specious cottage. Small Swimming pool is a great wow!

The location is fantastic, a walk through the grounds to the beach and a short walk to the town. The villa was spacious and clean with a wonderful pool view.

We recently stayed in this 3BHK villa in Goa and had an amazing experience! The location was perfect, with a stunning river view that made our stay even more relaxing. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and had a fully functioning kitchen that allowed us to prepare our morning tea. We enjoyed our 3-day stay immensely, and the housekeeper was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Overall, we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway in Goa. The perfect combination of location, amenities, and service made our stay truly unforgettable!
