This property was so much better than we expected , the climb up the hill was well worth it for the great views and magnificent sunsets. Being elevated above the town also made it quiet and private. The best part was the hosts Lorenza and Franco, such warm, welcoming and helpful hosts, with the added bonus of breakfast delivered fresh each morning. We can highly recommend both the property and Riomaggiore

The property is beautiful and quietly located high up overlooking the beach! It has all of the amenities to take time away from the busyness of the main streets! You can spend an entire day enjoying the romance of the property! There were many beautiful flowers, ping pong and lounge chairs! At our time there, the plums were ripe and ready to pick and enjoy. Barbara met us at the train station and took us to the property when we arrived! We liked that there was a short cut with stairs and another way up with less stairs for the end of our day! The property is 5 star!

It is a place overlooking the sea, you can see Cinque Terre from the window. We were scared of not having air conditioning but it turned out to be unnecessary. You can feel light cold wind all the time although we were in July there. The house was clean, perfect for two or three people. I must admit the way up there it’s not easy cause it’s very steep and winding. We’ll probably come back one day!

The whole 2-floor house is for yourself with everything you need! It was possible possible to adjust temperature both by heating and by a/c. The host is responsive and helpful, ready to answer your requests! The house is in the quiet neighborhood, so it is comfortable to sleep. As we were visiting in the winter, we didn't use the grill and yard, but it looks nice for the summer!
