Offering a garden and garden view, Koh Mak Garden View is located in Ko Mak, 2.3 km from Ao Soun Yai Beach and less than 1 km from Police Station. The whole small complex is beautiful and the pictures on Booking.com don't do it any justice at all. The bed linine and towels were changed regularly and there are washing machines here to wash clothes and feel fresh again. There us nothing to dislike about this plave and great value for money. A/C in rooms is superb too. The gardens area is big and beautiful. 10/10 for me

The location is excellent since the island is small, allowing you to reach any destination within a maximum of 15 minutes on a motorbike. This place offers privacy and a personal retreat when you want to step back from the communal island life. The facilities truly stand out. Upon arrival, I was captivated by the expansive outdoor area, which includes a large patio right on the beach and a spacious balcony with a big dining table (perfect for game nights and inviting new friends over). There’s even an outdoor bed to relax on after a day at the beach. The room itself is quite large, comfortable, and surrounded by big windows that offer panoramic sea views. The bathroom is adequately sized with hot water, and basic toiletries are provided. The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave, dishes, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Moreover, the landlady, So (Natida), is wonderful. Booking this place not only means a great stay but also getting to know So. She goes above and beyond—from arranging bike rentals delivered right to your door to handling your laundry and maintaining the cleanliness of the hut. So is always there for her guests, genuinely caring about your experience and offering help whenever needed. She's truly a special person. Note that I initially planned to stay for 14 days and ended up extending it to 45 days. That’s how perfect this place and the island are!

Situated in Ko Mak and only 2.8 km from Ao Soun Yai Beach, Bamboo Hideaway, Bungalows with Pool and Kitchen features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is my second time here and never disappoints me, what a wonderful place to stay on the island! This place doesn't need to be by the beach because it already has its own charm, the surroundings are full of trees nature and seems like you in a jungle but on the island. The bamboo bungalows are well designed, air-conditioned, hot water shower also a little balcony for you to hang out outside. The owner who I talked to on the phone speaks perfect English and he is very helpful. He has his own staff who take care of things at this place, his English is not good but when I get to talk to the owner, everything was perfect. Check in was easy as usual, the key was hanged by the wall, grab it and off to your room. This place doesn't need to have services like you would expect in a hotel or resort. It's like a holiday home! The only down side to this is that my stay was too short!
