Absolutely delicious!! Beyond our expectations. Host/staff were so kind & helpful - always friendly. The private pool & outdoor space was perfect- very aesthetically pleasing. Great location - close to the village & beaches - be aware it is a steep street down to town- but you do get used to it quickly! Good exercise!!

We had a wonderful stay at Selim’s beautiful villa in Bodrum. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly located. Selim is a truly lovely host, as is his son, and they both offered us exceptional hospitality and great help throughout our stay. Thank you again for the warm welcome, we highly recommend this place!

The villa was great for our group, with beautiful outdoor spaces and rooms in separate apartments. The villa host was so helpful, organising transfers as well as dinners and made us feel so welcome! Breakfast was also very nice.

What wonderful place We stayed a week with two families (total of 8) in this lovely house, felt right at home and were sad to leave. This house was beyond what we expected! It’s no ordinary air bnb! The furnishing and fittings were all high quality. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms are well equipped, there was really nothing that we missed. One of our highlights was the heated pool. Since we stayed in May the weather wasn’t super hot and traveling with young children this heated pool was a real game changer that made it possible for the kids to spend hours in the pool playing without freezing. What a joy! Thank you! It really felt like home right away because the settings of all areas in the house are well thought out, the sofa, garden furniture and the beds of high quality and very comfortable. The view speaks for itself! What a wonderful place! I hope we’ll come back in the future. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

מקום האירוח The Ni Villas Akyarlar - Bodrum ממוקם במרחק של 500 מ' מחוף אקיארלאר, ומציע בריכת שחייה חיצונית, גינה ויחידות אירוח ממוזגות עם מרפסת ואינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם. Our stay The Ni Villas was perfect. House is almost new with all necessary facilities -- dishwasher, coffee machines and big refrigerator. The pool was perfectly clean (it was cleaned every time new guests come). There are two beeches in 5 and 7 minutes walk -- both clean with a lot of restaurants. Near there are local fish shop and supermarket. In 15 minutes by taxi is city with a lot of bars and restaurants, shops, car rental. Very nice location. Koksal is the best owner -- ready to help with all request and recommendations.

The villa is spacious, and its furniture is modern, the view from the roof balcony is amazing and the kitchen is well equipped with all needed appliances. We were a family of 7 persons, every one of us got his bed and all was happy. Sure I recommend this villa and will book it one more time when in Bodrum
