Beautiful view and location in a nice area on Lake Atitlan. Clemens was a great host and assisted in arranging private lanchas for arrival and departure. The kitchen facilities are nice to have and it is good to follow the suggestion to buy groceries in Panajachel before coming to the house. It is a very private location. Especially enjoyed the hammock and watching sunrises and sunsets from the porch.

Easy access to the lake with a dock for public and private boat access. A 10-minute walk to town. Great hosts, and they rent out kayaks, too.

I really recommend eating dinner there too. Eating with everyone allows you to meet & talk to other guests and share the adventure. I would love to return, it's a shame it's so far from where I live presently.

We stayed in the treehouse suite which has everything you could need for a short stay. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The architecture is amazing. There is a path at the side so you can take a little walk along the lake to the neighbouring town and pass all the other beautiful hotels and gardens. Staff were great. Only had soup and dessert at the restaurant but was also still very good. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous location on the lake right by the lancha (public doc), steps from so many good activities. Such kind staff and comfy accommodations. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for dining and relaxing. Lots of tree coverage so it doesn’t get super hot in the rooms during the day! don’t miss the evening buffet which changes daily (& the private rooms are worth it!)
