I will give it a 20 if i will be posible the staff was absolutely great, the room beautiful, breakfast out of this world we have parking my daughter used the facility’s she was really pleased with them For sure I will be back but I recommend this place 200% you will love it

The location is fantastic for those seeking solace in nature and at the same time proximity to the promenade. The building is beautiful and spacious. The apartment is huge and very spacious, well equipped for a ling stay and clean. The bed linen was changed every 3 days and was impeccably clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony, of the Richmond park hotel and the park with Tepla river flowing in front of the building, is breathtaking. Alexey, the owner was very attentive to our requests. The check-in and check- out processes were easily done online. We'd be happy to return.

This 4-star resort enjoys a quiet location in Karlovy Vary’s spa zone, just 1.2 mi from the city center. It offers an indoor pool, restaurant, and rooms with free internet. This resort is wonderful and the breakfast was excellent, maybe the best I ever had. And on the top is a swimming pool for a relax. I will always stay in this hotel when I visit Karlovy Vary. Thank you to all the staff.
