There are even a konbini, ATM/money exchange machines, located on 1st floor, on the sides of the huge reception/lobby hall. We didn't have time to enjoy every facilities I think. We didn't need cleaning for a 2 days stay, so we runned out of tea, but I could ask for a refill at the reception. There is a free shuttle service to go to the airport and city.
