Located in Hammerfest, a 9-minute walk from Struve Geodetic Arc, Hammerfest, Arctic Sea Hotel provides accommodations with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The staff! The lady and gentleman at reception and in the restaurant were very open, sociable, willing to talk and actively provided information. Traveling as a tourist, we received such good tips.

One of the main attractions of Hammerfest is the harbour, and this hotel was located in that area. We had a spacious studio type of room with two huge windows facing the harbour and the sea. Always something to watch! The beds were comfortable. We were visiting around midsummer when the sun doesn't set, but it was easy to block the light with curtains.

I could sit for hours watching it change with the weather and the twilight. The location was very walkable, easy to walk around town, only a few mins to the main street and local shops and supermarket. The property was undergoing renovation - almost completed but the kitchen and bathroom were functional. Laundry and sauna available on request to owner who lived upstairs with family.
