Check in and out are automatic without human interaction, however, staffs are standby to help any questions The hotel is in downtown, in walking distances to shopping and entertainment quarters. A breakfast can be reserved in advance .Free coffee and tea in the checkin area.Staff can provide microwave to heat meals. Various snacks are on sale as well. A highly recommended stay in Hammerfest.

The room was clean and comfortable.staff were really lovely to chat with and gave great insight to the area. The Breakfast was absolutely AMAZING. Endless choices and a small detail but important to myself, the size of the coffee mug at breakfast was nice and big unlike most hotels really small white cups. That made me really happy to have a decent coffee in the morning
