Located in Hammerfest, a 9-minute walk from Struve Geodetic Arc, Hammerfest, Arctic Sea Hotel provides accommodations with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Number one is the staff. Very helpful in support of my emergency transport needs and information about the local area. The evening buffet was well prepared, having a good selection and was much needed on a cold winter night. The room was modern and comfortable.

I was very lucky with my room: I looked straight at the harbour and church from my bed. Free hot water and tea bags whenever needed. Otherwise everything was fine and kind of as expected for a big modern hotel - good wifi, friendly staff etc. The breakfast was nice. Location is brilliant, and I really liked Hammerfest, as it is not too small to be bored yet not as touristy/big as other towns in the North of Norway. I washed two items of clothing with the soap in the bathroom and they still smell nice even 4 days afterwards :)

I could sit for hours watching it change with the weather and the twilight. The location was very walkable, easy to walk around town, only a few mins to the main street and local shops and supermarket. The property was undergoing renovation - almost completed but the kitchen and bathroom were functional. Laundry and sauna available on request to owner who lived upstairs with family.

Well presented, super clean and wonderful views from the windows in all the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa area is very comfortable. The owners were very helpful - providing useful directions and available to ask questions/help.
