The staff were so accommodating and friendly. One thing about me when staying at a rather high end place is how I feel welcomed. The staff did not make me feel out of place at all. The facilities were amazing, I was sad to leave in the morning as I felt like I had not spent enough time in my room. I was a little disoriented when I arrived because of the design with the 3 towers. I figured it out.

ibis Budget Auckland Airport features the essentials for a short stopover in the airport vicinity. Lovely, quiet room. Just needed a bed for the night and was comfortable with all the amenities included. Biscuits were lovely and tea caddy was much appreciated. Staff helped with airport bus and were really pleasant to deal with!
