My elderly mother was flying to visit us and had an overnight layover. She doesn’t speak English, so we were very lucky that the hotel staff was incredibly helpful. One of the receptionists even spoke Russian. They took great care of her, helped her with everything, and made her feel comfortable. Thank you so much for your kindness and support!

Hotel is literally 5 minutes from the airport on foot. You can see it once you reach the end of the building. There is even a metro nearby if you want to go and see the city. Hotel was very clean and staff attentive and nice. Always happy to help. Excellent service at the restaurant. I only came for a night but could have stayed forever. From the arrival to departure it has been an excellent service. Special regards to the team at the bar. Korkut, mere musa and of course ayla. Same Trip cost me 700 Lira at previous night to come to the hotel. I Think they are tourist friendly Hotel i can say. Staff can communicate with you in English.

Very good location, helpful reception, especially the girl with bright make up (don’t remember the name), I needed early check in and late check out and she calculated all by hours giving good price and I had good rest without any disturbance. Clean soft linen, supermarket just across the road, fresh bakery next door.

Located in Istanbul, 22 miles from 15 July Martyrs Bridge, ZOOM HOTEL features views of the city. The hotel is near the metro station, very easy to get there from the airport. I recommend it especially if you arrive late or have to check out early because of your flight, the staff is very adaptable. All the staff spoke English, they were so nice and there wasn't any problem. The room was amazing, I felt really comfortable. The bed was big and comfy, there was an air conditioner and I could make some tea every morning. My fav part of the accommodation was the shower, I've never seen a shower this big. In conclusion, I recommend staying here if you want a low-budget travel that is worth your money.
